Find a spot in the Title Bar to grab with the mouse cursor that allows to drag the window. But what if the Title Bar is off-screen?
Dragging the window’s Title Bar is not the only way:
Shift while Right-Click the Taskbar →
Select Move in the popup menu →
Use Arrow Keys on keyboard to move the window
