Last year, our wonderful co-CEO Hawk was the keynote speaker at[CMX Summit 2023 Shine](https://events.cmxhub.com/events/details/cmx-cmx-hq-presents-cmx-summit-2023-shine/?ref=blog.discourse.org).&nbsp; She gave an in depth talk on how to build a culture of inclusivity including how we do it here at Discourse. In her talk,&nbsp; Building Bridges, Not Walls: Leveraging Community to Build A Culture of Inclusivity in Remote Workplaces, Hawk details the work required to create a workplace culture that makes employees feel safe and included.&nbsp;
